Electricity Supplies – Framework Agreement For The Supply And Delivery Of Electricity And Associated Services For The Sites Of The Syndicat Départemental D’Énergies Du Val D’Oise (Sdevo) Order Group. The Consultation Aims To Establish A Framework Agreement Aimed At Selecting Companies Which Will Be Allowed To Submit Offers With A View To Concluding Subsequent Contracts, The Purpose Of Which Is The Supply And Transmission Of Electricity In Single Contracts And Associated Services. Sites Of The Sdevo Order Group. The Above Object Includes The Following Services For Electricity: - The Supply And Routing Of Electricity Through Single Contracts; - Management Of Single Contracts, Invoicing And Management Of Relations With The Distribution Network Manager; - The Mission Of Balance Manager Defined In Application Of Article L.321-15 Of The Energy Code; - Mandatory And Optional Services Associated With The Supply Of Electricity (Customer Relations, Website, Green Energy, Billing And Consumption Reporting, Etc.) As Described In The Cctp. For Electricity, The Delivery Points Concerned By These Services Will Be Those Of The Members Of The Sdevo Order Group Which Are All Located In The Territory Of The Enedis Network Manager. The Exhaustive Scope Of The Number Of Sites And The Volume Of Consumption Will Be Re-Specified In The Specifications Specific To Each Subsequent Market. Subsequent Contracts Are Awarded When The Need Arises Under The Conditions Described In The Contractual Documents Of The Framework Agreement. The Services Concern All Electricity Delivery Points C2, C3, C4 And C5 Of Members Of The Sdevo Order Group.
