The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity With The Assumption Of Responsibility For The Deviation, Including Its Transportation Through The Distribution System And Distribution Services For The Public Contracting Authoritys Take-Off Points And Take-Off Points In Organizations Within The Public Contracting Authoritys Establishment Scope In A Quality That Corresponds To The Technical Conditions Of The Distribution Network Operator, In Compliance With The Related Applicable Legislation Of The Slovak Republic Of The Republic, Technical Conditions And The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity With The Assumption Of Responsibility For The Deviation, Including Its Transportation Through The Distribution System And Distribution Services For The Public Contracting Authoritys Take-Off Points And Take-Off Points In Organizations Within The Public Contracting Authoritys Establishment Scope, In A Quality That Corresponds To The Technical Conditions Of The Distribution Network Operator, In Compliance With Related Valid Legal Regulations Of The Slovak Republic, Technical Conditions And Standards And Operating Procedures Of The Distribution Network Operator For The Contractual Period For Each Collection Point. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of Accompanying Services Indirectly Related To The Supply Of Electricity. The Price For These Accompanying Services Is Part Of The Cde Price: • Balancing Of Consumption Of A Common Balancing Group Formed By Consumption Points In Organizations Within The Scope Of Establishment Of The Public Contracting Authority - Attachment No. 1 Of The Draft Contract (Annex No. 2 Of These Tender Documents), • Provision Of Data On Consumption And Payment Of Invoices In Pdf And Xml Format, • Provision Of Tables And Electricity Consumption At Individual Consumption Points And Received Payments For Consumed Electricity And Consumption Points With Type Measurement A And At Collection Points With Type C Measurement After Applying The Relevant Tdo With A Regularity Of At Least 1 Calendar Month. Special Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority Regarding The Subject Of Delivery: 1. A Valid Permit For Business In The Electric Power Industry Issued By The Office For The Regulation Of Network Industries - Evaluated By Submitting A Scanned, Certified Copy Of The Permit (Can Also Be Verified On The Úrso Website), 2. Affidavit Of The Applicant That He Has, Respectively Will Have, For The Duration Of The Electricity Supply Agreement, A Framework Distribution Agreement Concluded With The Distribution Network Operator On Distribution And Access To The Distribution System In The Defined Territory Of The Central Slovak Region - Signed By The Bidder Or A Person Authorized To Act On Behalf Of The Bidder, In The Case Of A Group Of Suppliers, It Must Be Signed By Each Member Of The Group Or By The Person/Persons Authorized To Act In The Given Matter On Behalf Of The Group Member. 3. The Supplier Is Obliged To Establish A Functional Website Of The Customer Zone With A Login Interface For The User To Track And Download Invoices And Data On Payments And Consumption, Including Mass Export. 4.
