Giske Municipality Invites Tenderers To An Open Tender Contest For The Construction Of A New Vigra Skule That Shall Replace The Current School. The Existing School Shall Be Demolished And Replaced By A New School Building On The Same Site. The School Was Built In 1957, But Was Expanded In 1964, In 1967 And In 1991. The Project Includes: Reconstruction Of Existing School Buildings (Parts 1 And 2). Part 1. Clearing Of All The Buildings In The 1957 Building. Part 2. Clearance Of The 1957 Building. The 1957 Building Shall Be Re-Used For Administration And Classrooms Heilt Until Pupils And Additions Have Been Moved Over To The New School Building. Construction Of A New School Building, Approx. 3,270 M2 Gross New Building. Development Of Outside Area With Parking Areas And Access Roads (Parts 1 And 2). Before The Turnkey Contractor Can Start Redeveloping The Existing School Buildings, A New Temporary Barracks Shall Be Newly Established For The Educational Building During The Construction Period. The Pupils Are Planned To Be Moved To A Temporary Barracks Barracks At 23.02.2024. The Temporary Barracks Are Planned To Be Disassembled By Another Contractor Just After The New School Has Been Taken Into Use. During Parts Of The Demolition And Construction Period (Spring/Summer 2025), Archaeological Excavations Will Take Place At The Premises South Of The Construction Site. See The Demolition Plan For The Extent. The Project Shall Be Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract In Accordance With Ns 8407, Based On The Identification Material, Technical Licences And Guidelines Described In The Tender Documentation And Annexes.
