The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With Environmental Protection Law And Sanitary Regulations, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 11, 2013 On Detailed Requirements For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 122), Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 10, 2021 On The Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 906). The Approximate Amount Of Municipal Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point During The Order Execution Period Is Approximately 1,782.82 Mg (Basic Scope Of The Order), And The Amount Covered By The Option Right: An Additional 891.41 Mg. 4.5. The Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) And The Draft Contract Constituting (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
