Request for proposals for Consultants to Develop a National Steam Education Policy. Eligibility and Qualification Requirements A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) must be provided by all bidders. An engineering or law degree with postgraduate training in systems analysis, governance, and organizational development, or a postgraduate degree in education administration with specialized training in governance and organizational management. A minimum of 10 years combined experience working on programs in public policy development, systems analysis, governance, and organizational development, including at least 5 years of specific experience in the education sector.
