The Scope Of Works Will Consist In Particular In: 1/ Replacing The Damaged Concrete Curb, 2/ Replacing The Damaged Concrete Edge, 3/ Replacing The Damaged Asphalt Surface, 4/ Replacing The Damaged Sidewalk Surface, 5/ Replacing The Damaged Surface Of The Parking Bay, 6/ Adapting The Exits To The Standard7 / Replacing The Damaged Drainage System, Which Includes: A) Inspection Wells, B) Rainwater Inlets,8/ Implementation Of Safety Devices Traffic: A) Dedicated Pedestrian Crossing Lighting, B) Sidewalk Barriers, C) Brailya-Type Tactile Slabs,9/ Height Regulation Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure.3. The Order Is Detailed In The Design Documentation Prepared By Mr. Piotr Kowalczyk, Road Engineering Studio, Ul. Podhalańska 4/29, 34-400 Nowy Targ.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Construction Cost Estimate, With The Price Components Given In The Tender Offer, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount, The Final Settlement Will Be Based On A Cost Estimate After The Order Is Completed, With The Price Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Unit Prices Will Not Be Changed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, 2/ The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Also Include The Cost Of All Activities Resulting From The Technology Of A Given Operation, Necessary For Its Implementation, 3/ The Contractor Will Design And Approve The Change In Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works And Will Make And Install Appropriate Signage, 4/ The Contractor Will Provide Full Surveying Services For The Investment And Obtain An As-Built Survey Report, 5/ All Necessary Materials Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means That He Will Bear Related Costs),6/ The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Incorrect Performance Of Work Or Improper Marking And Securing Of The Work Site,7/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions At The Construction Site And Its Surroundings,8/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude A Civil Liability Insurance Contract For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents,9/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Apply The Regulations On Environmental Protection And Traffic Safety While Carrying Out The Works.
