Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Service Of Public Toilets At Basen Górniczy, At Ul. Miodowa And Ul. Turkusowa In Szczecin (Divided Into Parts)

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Part I: A) Providing Personal Service During Opening Hours, I.E.: A. From January 2, 2025 To December 31, 2025: - Monday - Friday: 8.00 A.M. - 10.00 P.M., - Saturday, Sunday And Public Holidays (Except New Year, Easter And Christmas): 10.00 A.M. - 6.00 P.M., - New Year, Easter, Christmas - Closed. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Open And Close The Toilet On Time At The Designated Opening And Closing Times. Before Opening The Toilet, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: • Wash The Walls, Floors, Doors, Toilet Seats With Hot Water With The Addition Of Washing Powders And Liquids, • Ventilate The Toilet Rooms, • Wipe The Dust From Mirrors, Window Sills, Pipes, Radiators And All Movable Equipment, B) Maintaining Public Toilets And Equipment In Proper Sanitary And Aesthetic Condition, In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The State Sanitary Inspection, National Labor Inspectorate, Fire Protection Regulations. And Ongoing Disinfection Of Rooms And Sanitary Facilities With Ace And Domestos Liquids. While Operating The Toilet, The Contractor Will Be Obliged - During A Given Shift - To Wash The Toilet Bowls, Urinals, Sinks And Floors At Least Twice (If Necessary, More Often) With Hot Water With The Addition Of Powders Or Liquids. After Washing The Floors, They Should Be Wiped With A Disinfectant. All Rooms And Toilet Equipment (Cabinets, Cabinets, Tables, Chairs, Waste Bins, Mirrors, Etc.) As Well As Windows And Doors Should Be Kept Clean On A Regular Basis, C) Maintaining Sanitary Facilities In Constant Working Order, Including Performing Minor Maintenance Activities, I.E., Among Others Replacing Hoses, Seals, Burnt Out Light Bulbs, D) Unblocking Sewage Pipes Inside The Toilet Rooms, E) Keeping The Area Directly Adjacent To The Public Toilet Clean And Tidy On An Ongoing Basis, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune, I.E. .Among Others Sweeping, Snow Removal, Sanding, Placing A Sand Waste Container, Etc.,2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Utmost Care Required From An Entity Professionally Providing This Type Of Services, On The Basis Of Ensuring The Highest Quality Of Work, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, As Well As The Swz And The Offer, Which Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract.
