Through Competition, Workforce Training Is Acquired In Accordance With The Act On The Organization Of Employment Services (380/2023). In Order To Secure Services During The Transition Period, The Pirkanmaa Ely Center Tenders Individual Recruitment Training For Use By The Tampere Regions Employment Area. From January 1, 2025, The Tampere Region Employment Area Is Responsible For The Service And The Related Contract. The Competition Has Been Prepared And Implemented In Cooperation With The City Of Tampere. The City Of Tampere Is Also Involved In The Activities During The Competition And Participates In The Evaluation Of Bids. The Anticipated Value Of The Procured Service Exceeds The Threshold Value For Procurements In Annex E Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (Procurement Act 1397 /2016), § 25, So The Procurement Act Is Applied In The Bidding Process.
