Tenders are invited for Outsourced ICT Support Services ELIGIBILITY, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCY 1. Legally registered organization in South Sudan with requisite professional experience and knowledge of Network technologies including Microsoft Windows, corporate ICT security and viral protection systems, ERP, PC/LAN operating systems and VoIP telecommunications. 2. Knowledge of Ability to perform a variety of standard specialized and non-specialized tasks and work processes that are fully documented, researched, recorded and reported. 3- Ability to review a variety of data, identify and adjust discrepancies, identify and resolve IT operational problems. 4. Ability to manage work of a confidential nature and handle large volumes of work 5. Should possess experience of client support, such as a Help Desk or User Support Unit 6. Planning and Delivering results 7. Willingness to take ownership of issue analysis and resolution efforts and committing to "doing what it takes" to resolve technical issues regardless of effort or time required 8. The firm shall have a local presence, on the ground to handle emerging issues. To qualify for this contract, the bidding ICT Consultant Company must: 1. Have experience in providing similar ICT outsourcing services 2. The ICT Consultant Company will have valid registration documents in South Sudan 3. Demonstrate a proven track record in servicing IT equipment and providing training in a professional setting. 4. Provide references from previous clients or projects that highlight their capabilities in managing similar contracts. The Lead-Consultant (from the ICT consulting firm) must have the following qualifications: 1. Advanced degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences, Engineering or any other related fields 2. At least 5 years experience in trouble shooting, networking, hardware and software maintenance 3. Hands on experience in trouble shooting, networking, basic programming and relevant software applications 4. Previous working experience in Humanitarian Organizations or in UN agencies is an asset 5. Good command of English, both written and spoken 6. Able to work under challenging circumstances with minimum supervision Proposal Submission CMMB SS is inviting tenders from suitable qualified ICT firms. Interested companies are invited to submit their proposals, including: 1. Company profile and relevant experience. 2. Detailed methodology for delivering the required services. 3. A detailed financial proposal outlining costs associated with the services provided. 4. Names and CVs of lead Consultant (s) including qualifications and relevant experience in providing the kind of services required and an outline of team structure. 5. A short description of the understanding of the role of the Consultant as outlined in these terms of reference 6. A description of how you intend to fulfil the Services and your proposed timelines; and confirmation of your ability to meet those proposed suggested timelines 7. The proposal which should not exceed 5 pages, excluding CVs, company brochures etc. should be sent by email to Duration The duration of the outsourced ICT support services will start immediately on the date of signing the contract by both parties. The contracts end will be September 30th, 2025, with the possibility of renewable for another 1 year upon satisfactory performance and availability of funding.
