The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Street Lighting On Roads In The Cieszków Commune By Replacing Non-Energy-Saving Lighting Fixtures With New Led Fixtures. The Total Planned Number Of Luminaires To Be Replaced Is 454 Pieces (With A Minimum Power Of 73 W Each), Including In The Following Towns: Biadaszka - 12 Pieces, Brzezina - 11 Pieces, Cieszków - 139 Pieces, Dziadkowo - 13 Pieces, Góry – 17 Pcs., Guzowice – 40 Pcs., Jankowa – 13 Pcs., Jawor – 10 Pcs., Nowy Folwark – 10 Pcs., Pakosławsko – 26 Pcs., Rakłowice – 17 Pcs., Sędraszyce – 8 Pcs., Grzebielin 6 Pcs. - Słabocin 22 Pcs., Trzebicko 38 Pcs., Trze-Bicko Dolne - 4 Pcs., Ujazd 60 Pcs., Wężowice - 3 Pcs., Zwierzyniec - 5 Pcs. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Replacement Of Old Lamps With New Ones - Disassembly Of Old Lamps And Transfer To Storage On The Ordering Partys Premises - Installation Of New Lamps On Existing Booms. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Providing The Ordering Party With The Technical Documentation Of The Order Prepared In Polish Or With A Translation Into Polish, In Particular Confirming The Fulfillment Of All Parameters Referred To In The Annex No. 9 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (I.E. Catalog Cards, Certificates, Declarations, Reports Or Research/Test Reports, Assembly Instructions, Documents Confirming The Warranty Period Of The Luminaire Manufacturer). In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program (Edition 9 - We Light Up Poland), The Supplied Led Lighting Fixtures Must: A) Be New And Manufactured In The European Union Or Approved For Use In The European Union B) Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Luminaire, C) Have The Following Certificates: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i.
