Egeparken 1 Is A Multi-Storey Building Consisting Of Three Blocks With A Total Of 120 Apartments Built In 1972, Which Is Spread Over Three Floors And A Basement. Egeparken 2 Is A Multi-Storey Building Consisting Of 11 Blocks With A Total Of 257 Apartments Built In 1976, Which Is Spread Over Two Floors And A Basement. The Wards Are Facing A Major Renovation, Which Is Planned To Start On 30 April 2025. There Are 377 Homes In Total In The Wards, But It Is Expected That The Real Number Of Homes To Be Moved Under The Contract Will Be Approx. 250 Pieces. This Is Because A Large Proportion Of The Tenancies In The Wards Are Rented Out Temporarily, And Therefore These Residents Must Not Be Rehoused. The Homes Must Be Completely Cleared Of All Furnishings, As The Renovation Includes Work Throughout The Home. The Residents Are Rehoused In 3 Stages. Moving Takes Place To And From Housing In Egeparken 1 And 2, And No Moving Out Of The Wards/Housing Area Must Take Place. The Contract Covers Assistance In Connection With Moving To And From The Current Home, As Well As In Certain Cases Unpacking And Storage.
