The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Pumps For Mechanical Support Of The Left Ventricle, Compatible With Automated Impella Controller Control Consoles Manufactured By Abiomed Being The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 2A To The Swz (Which Is Also The Product And Price Form). 2. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Also Specified In The Draft Contract Contained In Chapter Xx Of The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Medical Devices: A) Be Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With The Act On Medical Devices, B) Correspond To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In Annex 2A To The Swz. 4. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has Specified Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract - Therefore, It Uses The Option Indicated In Art. 246 Section 2 Upzp.
