All Candidates Who Meet The Suitability Requirements Are Accepted Into The Dynamic Procurement System. Enrollment In The System Does Not Bind The Candidate. The Candidate Can Choose Which Competitions Organized Within The System To Participate In. Participants Can Register. 2. The Procured Transports Included In The Dynamic Procurement System Are Tendered Through The Systems Internal Tendering Process. All Candidates Who Meet The Eligibility Requirements Can Join The Dynamic Procurement System Throughout Its Duration, And All Candidates Accepted Into The Procurement System Can Submit Bids For Tenders. The Eligibility Conditions Noted In The Procurement Documents Must Be Met Throughout The Procurement Period. The Subscriber Can Shorten Or Extend The Duration Of The Dynamic Procurement System By Publishing A Procurement Notice. There Are Approx. 40-50 Small Tenders Within The System Per Year And There May Be Several Items In One Tender.
