Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of 5 Storied National Security Intelligence (Nsi) Building (Five Storied Foundation), 2(Two) Storied Barrack Building With Substation & Garage (In/C Civil, Sanitary, Drain, Road, Boundary Wall, Guard Shade, Internal & External Electrification Etc) At Habiganj Eligibility Of Tenderer: 1. The Tenderers Must Have Minimum 5(Five) Years Of General Experience Of Construction Works. 2. Minimum Specific Experience As A Prime Contractor In Completion Of At Least 1(One) Rcc Building With A Value Of At Least Tk. 9 (Nine) Crore In A Single Contract Within Last 05 (Five) Years In Which Lift Installation Shall Be Included Under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization Of Bangladesh. 3. The Required Average Annual Construction Turnover Shall Be Greater Than Tk. 18 (Eighteen) Crore In The Last 5 (Five) Years. Payment Certificates For Contract In Progress Or Completed Under Public Sector During Last 5 (Five) Years Must Be Submitted Along With The Tender In Support Of Average Annual Construction Turnover. 4. The Tenderer Must Have A Minimum Liquid Assets/ Working Capital/Credit Facilities (In The Pw3-7 Form Without Any Alteration) Tk. 2.5 (Two Point Five) Crore. 5. The Tender Capacity Is Tk. 9.5 (Nine Point Five) Crore. Supporting Document Must Be Submitted Along With Information As Per Enclosed Form (Ongoing Works/Commitments) 6. The Tenderer Must Enclose Vat Registration Certificate, Up-To-Date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up-To-Date Trade License And Up-To-Date Abc Contractor And Supervisory License. 7. In Case Of Jvca, The Minimum Qualification Requirements Of Leading Partner, Other Partner(S) And Requirements By Summation Of A Jvca Shall Meet As Described In Itt And In Tds. 8.
