Tenders are invited for Assignment Aims to Assess the Extent to Which the Brel Project Delivered the Planned Outputs and Outcomes and Progress towards Achieving the Respective Objectives While Highlighting Enabling Factors and Challenges Encountered. The Evaluation Also Seeks to Render Accountability to Beneficiaries, Stakeholders, and Norad as Donors. The specific objectives of the evaluation include the following: i. To assess the projects performance and achievements from 2020 to 2024 vis-a-vis the projects overall objectives amongst the target beneficiaries in line with the project result framework, ii. Develop specific recommendations for major stakeholder groups (Line ministries, local leaders, beneficiaries and NPA/ Partners/ Donors), iii. To generate lessons learned from the project activities that will be useful during the implementation of similar projects. Improve the Resilience of Target Households in 10 Counties (Bor South, Terekeka. Awerial, Yirol East, Yirol West, Cueibet, Rumbek Centre , Rumbek East, Wulu and Mvolo) of South Sudan to Shocks (Economic, Natural Hazards and Conflict-Related) and Cor Ithbute to the Enhancement of Livelihoods through Improved Household Production and Increased/Diversified Income Sources.
