Statsbygg Would Like, In Connection With Construction Stage 2 Of The Project New Government Block, To Implement A Qualification Of Participants Who May Be Interested In Submitting Tender Offers On A Turnkey Contract With Interaction For The K208 G-Block. The G Block Is Also Called The Old Government Building. The Contract Is For The Renovation Of The G-Block. The G Block Is A Part Of Construction Stage 2 Of The Project New Government Block. The G Block Was Erected In The Period 1898 – 1906. The Building Has 7 Floors Including A Basement. The Inconvenienced Top Floor Was Added In 1974-76 And Is The Buildings 5Th Floor. The Building Currently Has An Area Of Approx. 17,400 M2 Gfa. The Building Originally Had 4 Light Farms, One Of Which Was Reconstructed In 1980. In The 1970S Significant Work Was Carried Out In The Building ́S Basement. The Building Is Generally Well Preserved And Is Solid With High Craftsmanship Quality In All Building Parts. Tenderers Who Are Awarded The Contract Will Be Obliged To Undertake Work For Koro Or An Artist Related To Art For This Construction Project. Koro And The Artist Shall Be Able To Place Orders On The Same Terms As The Directorate Of Public Construction And Property Can Place Additional Orders In Accordance With The Contract.
