We are looking for best overall value from a supplier who can supply the range of products required with a proven good record of supply, installation, service and support. We require a multipurpose high-resolution LC-MS instrument with high specification performance for untargeted metabolomics applications for compositional analysis, identification and quantification of physiological biomarkers (small molecule and peptide/proteins) in human clinical studies to support food-health claims, and for phytochemicals in plant development studies to underpin plant signalling research. The instrument will add capacity to PFRs existing small molecule metabolomics capability (targeted and untargeted) and allow us to establish multiplex labelling proteomics capability to complement PFRs multi-omics systems chemistry framework.
