Tenders are invited for Supply of All Kinds of Medical / Surgical / Laboratory Consumables. Further, a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000.00 should separately be paid for each goods or services. Above payments should be made from 04.11.2024 upto 19.11.2024 on weekty working days between 9.00am and 3.00pm to the shroff of this office and the receipts thus received should be attached with the application. Though normally quotations will be called for from the registered suppliers, the Director of the Hospital retains the right to call quotations from reputed sources outside the registered list wherever such needs arise. Names of Suppliers who fail to supply goods and services as per the standards and samples provided and those who fail to provide supplies and services as per the Agreement, will be struck off the registered list and blacklisted. All applications could cither be sent by registered post to the undermentioned address or placed in the Tender Box kept at the office of the Accountant, to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 20.11.2024. Bids received late will be rejected. Bids received will be opened at 10.00 a.m. on 20.11.2024.
