Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Bgn 69,845.83 (Sixty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred And Forty-Five Bgn And Eighty-Three Cents) Without Vat, Distributed By Individual Items As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Automatic System For Washing And Disinfecting Endoscopes - 1 Pc. - Bgn 47,800.00 Without Vat. Separate Item No. 2 - Volumeric Infusion Pumps - 2Pcs. – Bgn 6,133.34 Without Vat. Separate Item No. 3 - Syringe Infusion Pump - 3 Pcs - Bgn 8,012.49 Without Vat. Separate Item No. 4 - Radiation Protection And Upper Shield For Radiation Protection For A Table For The Needs Of The Department Of Invasive Cardiology - Bgn 7,900.00 Without Vat. In The Event That A Participant Bids A Higher Value Than The Estimate, The Participant Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Zop, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00 For Supplies And Services, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. Considering The Above, The Estimated Value Of: Separate Item No. 4 Is 11.31% Of The Total Estimated Value; Since The Estimated Value Of Op No. 2 Is Less Than Bgn 50,000 Excluding Vat, It Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Zop. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Zop. Separate Position No. 4 Will Be Awarded In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. The Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement (Separate Item No. 1-3) Is Bgn 61,945.83 (Sixty-One Thousand Nine Hundred And Forty-Five Bgn And Eighty-Three Cents) Excluding Vat. The Contractor Guarantees The Performance Of His Obligations Arising From This Agreement With A Performance Guarantee In The Amount Of 2% (Two Percent) Of The Total Value Of The Agreement Excluding Vat. When Considering The Offers, The Appointed Committee Will Apply The So-Called Reversed Order, On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 61 Of Ppzop. The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Considered Before The Documents For Certification Of The Personal Status And The Selection Criteria.
