Currently, There Is No Transverse Drainage Due To Over-Elevated Dirt Shoulders Along The Entire Section Of The Road Intended For Renovation At Km 0+000 To Km 2+890 On Both Sides Of The Road. . Rainwater Penetrates Through Overgrown Dirt Shoulders And Degraded Wearing Course. The Required Transverse Slopes Are Not Maintained On The Degraded Wearing Course Of The Road On The Section From 0+000 Km To 1+700 Km. Water Is Not Drained Into The Ditches. It Is Necessary To Carry Out A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Surface On This Section Of The Road. Asphalt Surface From Km 0+ 000 To Km 1 + 700, It Is Planned To Level The Existing Base With A Mineral And Asphalt Mixture With Mechanical Installation Of 1000 T.
