The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of Contracts Concluded As A Result Of Separate Proceedings For Construction Works Under The Tasks/Projects Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Świdnica County Road Service Building And Thermal Modernization Of Public Utility Buildings Of The Świdnica County Serving Educational Functions, Co-Financed From The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Under Priority No. 9 European Funds For The Transformation Of Mining Areas In Lower Silesia, Measure No. 9.5 Environmental Transformation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project), Divided Into The Following Tasks: 1.1. For Task No. 1 - The Ordering Party Envisages Announcing 1 Tender Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For The Investment Task, I.E. 1) Investment Task And The Project Of The Same Name Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Road Service Of The Świdnik District, Including The Following Works: A. Construction Works B. Sanitary Installation Works C. Electrical Installation Works1.3. The Investor Supervision Service Includes: Management And Coordination Of Construction Works;  Verification Of Design Documentation;  Providing Investor Supervision Services Over The Project.
