Locks, Keys And Hinges - Smart Locking System For Furniture. Senaatti Group Is Acquiring A Smart Furniture Locking System For The Facilities Managed By The Senate. The System Is New And There Is Currently No Such System In Use. We Are Looking For A Contract Supplier Who Can Be As Comprehensive As Possible Responsible For The Delivery Of The Following Components: 1. Smart Lock System For Furniture Supplied By Others + Installation Of A Smart Lock (Lock + Installation Work) For Storage Furniture, Which Can Be Either Existing Old Furniture Or New Furniture Supplied By The Furniture Supplier. 2. Smart Lock + Furniture, Total Delivery Smart Lock Installation (Lock + Installation Work) For Storage Furniture, Which Is New Furniture Delivered By The Smart Lock Supplier. 3. Application Integration Related To The Senates Space Reservation Mobile Application And All Smart Locking Storage Furniture, Which Can Be Either Existing Old Furniture Or New Furniture Supplied By The Furniture Smart Locking Contract Supplier Or Furniture Supplier. 4. Access Control Integration Related To The Senates Access Control Systems And All Smart Lockable Storage Furniture That The Furniture Smart Lock Contract Supplier Has Connected To The Delivered Locking System. 5. Consulting And Other Services Related To Smart Locking, The Design Of The Contracted Suppliers System, The Support Of The Senates Designers, Coordination As Part Of The Needs Of The Senates Projects And The National Whole, As Well As The Development Of The Software And The Work Essentially Related To These. Lockable Furniture Includes E.G. Lockers, Office Cabinets, Cabinets For Temporary Storage Of Laptops And Mobile Phones, Postal Furniture (Dispensing Machine), Wardrobes. The Furniture With Locks Is Acquired Either Through Bulk Furniture Procurement (So-Called Premises Furniture), Or Through A Construction Project As Fixed Furniture (Specially Manufactured And Other Non-Premises Furniture).
