Open Date: Monday, 4 November 2024 4:30 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Friday, 6 December 2024 12:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Request for Proposals (RFP) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: New Zealand Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: Kinga Ora - Homes and Communities (Kinga Ora) invites responses from Respondents to the RFP for the national supply of materials for use within our existing and future national portfolio of residential properties. Kinga Ora will enter supply agreements with successful Respondents, with each agreement specifying the materials to be supplied for Kinga Oras maintenance and build activities. The purpose of this RFP is for Kinga Ora to invite Respondents to submit a response for the supply of materials to be used not only in the maintenance of Kinga Oras national portfolio of residential properties but also in Kinga Oras annual capital improvement, and new build and development programmes. We are approaching the market with our consolidated volumes across maintenance and new construction for Electrical Supplies product category. We are looking for a partnership and a collaborative relationship.
