Invoice Review: Examine invoices for fees and reimbursable expenses submitted by the organization, confirming that: The basis for invoice calculations aligns with obligations under the donor contract. Deliverables from consultancies were properly delivered and accepted before relevant costs were charged to donors. Duly authorized timesheets are available for days charged to the donor during the review period. Monthly fees billed to donors correspond only to contractually approved productive days. Service Billing Review: Assess bills paid for services rendered, ensuring that: Sen/ices billed during the review period are covered by relevant contracts or MOUs.
