A pre-bid conference shall be conducted physically by the Employer, the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Hargeisa, Somaliland on November 24, 2024 at 10:30 am Hargeisa, Local Time. No site visits shall be organized by the employer, but bidders are encouraged to make site visits to familiarize themselves with the scope of work envisaged. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address on or before 10:30 am on December 16, 2024.Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
