The Douglas County Board Of Commissioners (Owner Or The County) Is Issuing A Continuation To The Previous Invitation To Bid (Itb) To Solicit Bids (Bids) From Qualified Firms (Respondents) For The Construction Of The New Douglas County Senior Center Located At 6287 Fairburn Road Douglasville, Ga 30134 (The Project). This Bid Is A Continuation Of The Previous Bid To Extend The Date From 2Pm Est On November 1, 2024 To November 6, 2024 To November 12, 2024 At 3Pm. The Project Will Be Funded With Arpa & Cdbg Funds. The Project Is Required To Comply With All Applicable Statutes, Rules And Regulations, As Well As Those Of Douglas County, Including Local Permitting Of The Project. Additionally, The Project Must Comply With All Arpa & Cdbg Rules, Regulations, Specifications, And Requirements. Section 3 Construction Bid Document Languageas Of 20191.Bid Advertisement Language-This Is A Section 3 Covered Project Under The Hud Act Of 1968 And Section 3 Residents And Business Concerns Are Encouraged To Apply.
