The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Street Lighting Fixtures In The Supraśl Commune As Part Of The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Replacement Of 526 Road Luminaires With Led Road Luminaires Along With A Lighting Control And Management System. It Is Required That Road Luminaires Be Equipped With A Remote Control Controller For The Luminaire. The Fixture Must Have A Current Certificate From An Accredited Testing Center Confirming That The Product Is Manufactured In Accordance With The Standards Harmonized With The Lvd Directive (Pn-En 60598-1/Pn-En 60598-2-3) And That Production Regimes And Repeatability Are Maintained, In Accordance With Type 5 According To Iso/ Iec 17067 – Enec Certificate. The Luminaire Must Have A Current Certificate From An Accredited Research Center Confirming The Reliability Of The Manufacturers Functional Parameters Declared At The Time Of Placing The Product On The Market, Such As: Supply Voltage, Electrical Protection Class, Power Consumed, Luminous Efficiency, Color Temperature, Luminous Flux - Enec+ Certificate. The Luminaire Controllers That The New Luminaires Will Be Equipped With Will Be Connected To A Standard Zhaga Book 18 Connector (In Accordance With Zhaga-D4i) To Be Physically Interchangeable With Models From Other Suppliers. The Luminaires Must Be Connected Via A Connector. All Mounted Luminaires Should Be Of The Same Type (Same Lamp Family) And From The Same Manufacturer And The Same Production Series. The Fixtures Should Be Manufactured In A European Union Country Or Approved For Use In The European Union. During The Execution Of The Order, Substitutes May Be Used Only After Obtaining A Positive Opinion From The Designer. The Control Should Enable Regulation Of The Light Flux In Groups Of Lamps Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Individual Locations (Towns). When Installing The Luminaires, The Contractor Will Set The Luminous Flux Of The Lamps Indicated By The Ordering Party (Percentage Of The Rated Flux) In Individual Areas (Groups). Within 2 Months From Acceptance Of The Installation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Corrections To The Luminous Flux Power And Set The Inclination Of The Luminaires Indicated By The Ordering Party. For Individual Groups Of Installed Luminaires, It Should Be Possible To Set 3-4 Levels Of Light Intensity. Performing Measurements Of Installed Power And Cos Φ For All Modernized Lighting Circuits, Confirming The Declared Power Factor Of Lighting Fixtures And A Minimum 50% Reduction In Installed Power. It Is Advisable To Use A Smooth Lighting Switching System. The Order Also Includes The Disposal Of Fixtures And Other Dismantled Materials, Covering The Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, In Particular The Costs Related To Additional Arrangements, Making Any Additional Arrangements And Consents Required At The Stage Of Execution Of The Works And Bearing The Related Costs. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To Completion
