Tenders are invited for Supply of Water Pump, Generator & Related Goods, PVC Pipes, GI Pipes, and Other Machinery Equipment. Application forms for registration could be obtained from the Chief Accountant, Accounts Branch, District Secretariat, Mullaitivu between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 01/11/2024 up to 02/12/2024. Suppliers can register for more than one group by application. Application Fee for Goods and Services per group is Rs. 500/ = Supplier can deposit relevant fees in favor of District Secretary, Mullaitivu by cash or to the Current Account No. 7041979 at any branch of Bank of Ceylon. Request for application by post should accompany the original bank deposit slip.
