Bidders must submit tax ID. 1.2. The winner company shall provide the original documents before award the project. 1.3. The supplier should provide Scope of Supply (SOS) includes (materials, details, delivery duration). 1.4. The bidders should submit a complete technical offer and a detailed explanation of the required materials and (Catalogs, Pictures, PDS) and must comply with the specifications mentioned in the scope of supply. If there are no technical details and pictures in the offer, the proposal will be considered technically unqualified. 1.5. Determine the time period required for the delivery of materials, provided that the delivery period does not exceed 90 days Commercial Proposals Envelope Contains the Following: 2.1.Unit price and the total price for Equipment including delivery to Al-Wahas warhorse in AHDEB Oilfield. 2.2.Quotation on US Dollar only. Number and Written Terms and Conditions: 3.1.Technical, commercial offers, should be submitted in two separated sealed and stamped envelopes, and shall be submitted strictly, the project name and tender number should be clearly on the envelop. 3.2.The bidders shall submit the Proposals in English language and in USD to AL -WAHA Kut camp. 3.3.The bidder should sign on the transmittal and the undertaking paper when submitting the proposals, otherwise the proposals will considers not received 3.4.The proposals must contain the date and signature of the authorized manager of the company or office. 3.5.The tax will be deducted from the total amount according to the Iraqi taxation law 3.6.If the Contractor with the lowest price quit this bidding or fail to finish the work according to the contract, he is compulsory to pay the difference amount between his price and Al-Waha actual price. Otherwise, the company will be inserted into Al-Waha Company black list. 3.7.Al-Waha Company would not be obliged to accept the lowest offer. 3.8.Materials specifications and other requirements mentioned in the FOB Note: If the bidder didnt provide the documents that mentioned in (1.1) or submitted invalid documents, AL-Waha shall have the right to take an action according the valid Instructions and Regulations.
