The main purpose of this work is to deliver construction services for NZ Police and complete fitout works for additional floors in a building Police already partly occupy. Once works are complete Police will be the sole tenant. NZ Police wishes to undertake the fitout works as a matter of priority so that the works can be completed as soon as possible. The works outlined will include carpark fencing and construction of a room in the basement, fitout works to Ground and First Floors and carpet replacement on the Second Floor. Ground Floor works include fitout of a front counter, a single toilet for public use, construct an armoury on Ground Floor with the balance of the space as office with several meeting rooms. On Level 1 provide an office fitout using some of the existing meeting rooms and constructing any additional rooms as required, and carpet replacement on Level 2.
