Nov 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Development Remuneration range: 2000 to 3000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 50 hours D4C is looking for a consultant to support the organization in strengthening its financial sustainability and maintain the impact of its mentoring and educational programs as well as community projects. This will require assessing the financial model, revenue sources of the organizations and supporting in diversifying and strengthening revenue generation streams. The Financial Sustainability expert will undertake the following tasks: Strategic Financial Planning Assess the current strategic financial plan and how financial targets are achieved within the organization. Identify potential funding sources and develop strategies for revenue diversification. Advise on cost management and efficiency improvement measures. Explore income generation initiatives, social enterprises, or partnerships. Evaluate potential revenue streams and advise on their viability and impact. Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Develop and initiate the implementation of a strategy and action plan to enhance the organizations financial sustainability and business model, in alignment with its vision and mission.
