Prequalifications are invited for Supply & Delivery of Construction Materials (Iron Sheet, Timber, Fine Sand, Nails & Tools (Wheelbarrows, Shovel, Rakes, Water Equipment, Water Storage Bladder and Accessories & Pipes Installations, Pumps, Tanks Construction and Rehabilitation Borehole Drilling, Works and Services (Qalabka Dhismaha, Dhismaha/Dayactirka & Sahminta Qalabka Adegsiga Biyaha) The Selection Criteria: Interested suppliers who wish to submit their proposal should meet the below listed requirements: Ø Fully completed tender prequalification documents Ø Administrative requirements- To be eligible, the interested firms must provide copies of the list of mandatory valid business licence to be submitted with the prequalification documents. Ø Valid licenses from Jubaland Ministry of commerce (supplies and service provision) Ø Valid licenses from Jubaland Ministry of Public Works, (Construction & drilling) Ø Original valid tax Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Finance Ø Valid licenses for local municipality/authority Ø NRC will conduct site visit for the shortlisted vendors Ø Bank statement for the last 6 months. Ø Company office (existence) and structure with Verifiable evidence for similar works/services, recommendation letter, PO/contracts from previous organizations served. How to apply Important notice: The suppliers who does not submit all these mandatory government document will not be considered for the prequalification process. Closing date for submitting the prequalification documents is 14th Nov 2024 at 4:30pm. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected. Note that all suppliers are required to sign a bid submission register upon submission. The register can only be signed by the company representative.
