With This Competition, A Contract Will Be Entered Into For The Construction Manager Assignment For Two Of Movars Ongoing Projects: • New Fuglevik Wastewater Treatment Plant (Ra) Also Referred To In Short Form Only As Fra, And • New Transfer Plant From Brevik And Kambo To Fuglevik Both Projects Are Part Of Movars Overarching, Ongoing Project Cleaner Oslofjord, Which Involves Changing The Entire Sewage Treatment In The Mosse Region. At Movar, The Projects Are Organized As Two Separate Projects, But Are Closely Linked, And Are Subject To The Same Department And Project Manager, And Involve Much Of The Same Project Staff And Advisers At Movar. Both Projects Consist Of Several Contracts And Machine Contracts, And Are Considered Complex To Carry Out. The Assignment Will Also Include Responsibility For Progress Planning, Construction Site Administration And Progress Control For The Contracts. It Is Desirable That The Supplier Offers A Group Of Five Key People (Construction Managers/Resources) Subordinated To One Person With Overall Construction Manager Responsibility, Which Together Constitute: 1. Overall Construction Manager 2. Resource For Progress And Construction Site Administration 3. Construction Manager For The Machine Contracts On The Fuglevik Project 4. Construction Manager For Other Contracts On The Fuglevik Project 5. Construction Manager For The Transmission Facility The Assignment Will Begin With A Phasing By The Various Key Persons Shortly After The Conclusion Of The Contract, And Will Run Until Both Projects Are Finished. No Fixed Date Or Length Of The Assignment Is Set In The Contract. The Projects Will Have Very Varying Levels Of Activity In Different Periods From The Start Of Construction (The Turn Of The Year 2024/2025) To Final Completion And Takeover In Mid-2029. The Contract Is Based On Ns 8403 With Special Contract Provisions.
