The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Project In Accordance With The Applicable Construction Law, Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021. Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Design Documentation Including Land Development Design, Architectural, Construction And Technical Design) For The Construction Of: • Sanitary Sewage Network With Connections In The Town Of Luboń As Part Of Investment Task 5-02-17-284-1 Luboń – Sanitary Sewage System In Ul. Fabianowska Together With Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision Together With Obtaining A Certificate Of No Grounds For Raising An Objection By The Architectural And Construction Administration Body Accepting The Notification Of Construction Or Other Construction Works Appropriate For The Task In Question (Aquanet S.A. Allows Obtaining A Building Permit Decision In Electronic Form. It Is The Contractors Decision Whether The Building Permit Will Be Obtained In Paper Or Electronic Form And The Performance Of Authors Supervision In The Implementation Phase Of Works Performed On The Basis Of The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Contractor Of Construction Works Until The Signing Of The Final Acceptance Protocol Of These Works.
