The Services Relate To The Provision, Upkeep, Maintenance, Disinfection And Supply Of Consumables For Hot Drinks Dispensers Connected To The Cea/Cadarache Water Network. The Services Include A Fixed Unit Price Portion (A Firm Portion And An Optional Portion). Firm Tranche: The Service Consists In Particular Of Carrying Out The Following Services:  Providing (Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Upkeep, Maintenance And Replacement) 118 Distributors Outside The Restricted Area, Such As: - Hot Drinks Distributors, - Distributors Combined Hot Drinks And Foodstuffs. The Cea Reserves The Right To Adjust The Volume By Plus Or Minus 20%, Depending On The Number Of Distributors (118) In Place On The Cea/Cadarache Site.  Provide And Supply Distributors With Consumables, Such As: - Coffee Beans, Short And Long Option And Sugar Dosage, - Decaffeinated Beans And/Or Soluble, - Chocolate And Cocoa Drink, - Sugar, - Hot Water, - Tea , Milk, Vegetable Drinks.  Maintain And Carry Out The Technical Interventions Necessary For The Permanent Proper Functioning Of The Distributors,  Maintain Impeccable Bacteriological Quality,  Count And List Consumption By Type Of Coin Mechanism And By Distributor,  Manage The Allocation, Replacement And Losses With Implementation Opposition Of Means Of Payment (Key, Card, Etc.). Optional Tranche: Technical Options:  Option 1: Supply Of A Batch Of 2,950 Keys Or Cards,  Option 2: Supply Of A Batch Of 50 Keys Or Cards.
