This Consultation Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Multi-Awardee Project Management Services In The Alpes Maritimes And Var Departments, Executable By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts Or Purchase Orders, With A Maximum Amount Of 3,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax On Its Presumed Total Duration Of 5 Years And With No Minimum Amount. The Expected Moe Services Will Fall Within The Framework Of The Construction Of Energy Production Plant(S), Heat And/Or Cold Distribution Networks (Including Topography, Geodetection And Optical Fiber) And Delivery Substations By Dalkia Or Any Company Dedicated To The Project Which Would Replace It. The Services Expected From The Moe Will Consist Of Carrying Out Study Phases For The Production Plant(S) And/Or Distribution Networks And/Or Delivery Substations For Projects Which Could Be Entrusted To Dalkia Or A Company Which Would Replace It In The Targeted Geographic Areas, Namely Apd, Pro, Dce, Act And Visa. Work Monitoring Missions For The Production Plant(S) And/Or Distribution Networks And/Or Delivery Substations, Namely Det, Opc, Aor And Doe, Are Also To Be Considered As Being Expected From The Moe. The Moe Must Take Into Account Discussions And Meetings With The Services Of Anru, Drac, Grdf And All Other Concessionaires Or Delegating Authorities In The Areas Concerned.
