The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Reconstruction Of Bathrooms: Boys Toilet, Disabled Toilet, Girls Toilet In The Wing Adjacent To The Gymnasium At The Primary School In Kębłów. The Works Will Include, Among Others: On Changing The Location Of Room Partition Walls, Improving The Ventilation Of Bathrooms, Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage And Bathroom Electrical Installations, In Accordance With The Attached Technical Documentation. The Technical Documentation Was Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements For Accessibility For People With Disabilities And Designed For All Users, I.E. Accessibility For All Users And The Requirements Specified In Accessibility Standards For Cohesion Policy 2021-2027 Regarding The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Accessibility For People With Disabilities And The Principle Of Equality Between Women And Men. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 4 To This Tor. The Term Or Equivalent Is Added To Each Standard Referred To In Both The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Used In The Technical Documentation Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
