The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Pumps For Mechanical Support Of The Left Ventricle, Compatible With Automated Impella Controller Control Consoles Manufactured By Abiomed Being The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 2A To The Swz (Which Is Also The Product And Price Form). 2. The Conditions For The Performance Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Contract In Chapter Vii Of The Swz.3. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has Specified Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract - Therefore, It Uses The Option Indicated In Art.246 Section 2 Upzp.
