This opportunity will include two funds, the Youth Development Contributory Fund (Contributory Fund), and the Place-Based Youth Development Fund (Place-Based Fund). The Contributory Fund will provide contributory funding to organisations providing short-term (minimum 15 hours of engagement) youth development programmes. Contributory funding will enhance the addition of a youth development approach to strengthen a wide range of youth programmes. The Place-Based Fund will provide funding to locally-based organisations to deliver community-led programmes and/or Service(s) (minimum 15 weeks of engagement) that provide prevention/early intervention and strength-based youth development programmes. Community programmes and/or services will build trusting relationships with young people over an extended period through consistency of care.
