Quotation are invited for Provision of Service to Conduct Feasibility Study for Industrial Symbiosis Green Enterprise Development Opportunities in Coal Mining Areas to the CSIR. Elimination Criteria Bidders will be Eliminated if They Fail to Provide the following Information: Bidders that Submit Late Bids will not be Considered. Bidders that Submit to the Incorrect Location or Email Address will not be Considered. Bidder that are Listed on the Nt Database of Restricted Suppliers will not be Considered. Bidders that are Registered on the Nt Register of Tender Defaulters will not be Considered. Bidder that did not Submit Mandatory Returnable Documents. Bidders that Fail to Meet the Specification Requirements will not be Considered. Submission Requirements 8.1 All quotations must be submitted electronically to [email protected] 8.2 Respondents must use the RFQ number and RFQ Description as the subject reference number when submitting their bids. 8.3 The email and file sizes must not exceed a total of 25MB per email. 8.4 Documents submitted via cloud solutions such as: WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. will not be considered. 8.5 The naming / labelling syntax of files or documents must be short and simple.
