Tenders are invited for Maintenance Services for Properties at Al-Khor Community. TENDER BOND: QAR 700,000 TENDER ISSUE PERIOD: 30/10/2024 to 05/11/2024 TENDER CLOSING DATE: 25/11/2024 Scope of Work: The objective of this tender is to establish a long-term Contract for general maintenance (such as Electrical works, Civil works, Carpentry works, plumbing works, etc.) of the Al-khor Community (an accommodations compound consist of residential buildings and common facilities, located in Al Khor). The duration of the awarded Contract shall be 05 Years+ 02 months, with a sole option for Company to extend it further for up to two (02) years.
