1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Opole Education Center.2. Electricity Supply Period: For A Period Of 12 Months, With The Delivery Start Date Planned From January 1, 20253. Place Of Delivery: To The Facilities Of The Opole Education Center, In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended) And In The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis. The Order Does Not Cover The Distribution Of Electricity, Connection, Measurement And Energy Quality Falling Within The Scope Of A Separate Agreement For The Provision Of Distribution Services Concluded By The Ordering Party (Recipient) With The Distribution Network Operator.4. The Ordering Party Declares That Until December 31, 2024, It Has Concluded An Electricity Sales Agreement With Elektra Spółka Akcyjna, Ul. Skierniewicka 10A, 01-230 Warszawa And That It Has Contracts For The Provision Of Distribution Services With Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. For An Indefinite Period;5. The Energy Consumption Forecast Indicated Above Is Only An Approximate Value, Which May Change During The Execution Of The Contract. Actual Energy Consumption (Greater Or Less Than The Forecast Indicated Above) Will Depend Solely On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party (Recipient), And The Contractor (Seller) Is Obliged To Use The Energy Prices Offered In The Offer In Each Case;
