Application Service Providers – Vehicle Administration System. Trondheim Municipality, Hereafter Called The Contracting Authority And/Or Customer, Invites Tenderers To A Negotiated Procedure For A Contract For A Vehicle Administration System (Including A System For Car Sharing, Fleet Management And Electronic Logbooks) For The Contracting Authoritys Units. There Is A Need For A System For Vehicle Administration, Including An Electronic Travel Log, Fleet Management And Car Sharing For The Contracting Authority ́S Owned And Leased Vehicles, Machines And Bicycles. If The Contracting Authority Is Changing Its Ownership Strategy, It May Also Be Necessary To Use The System On Hired Vehicles For Short Or Long Periods. At First Trondheim Bydrift And Trondheim Eiendom Will Use The System. In The Long Term We Would Like To Have A Joint System For All Of The Contracting Authority ́S Units That Have Vehicles. The Contracting Authority ́S Other Units And Cooperation Partners Shall Therefore Have An Option To Join The Contract, Either One Unit, Several Units Or All The Units.
