The Electronic Copy Is Presented On A Cd Medium; • Prepares A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To The Requirements Of Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works. The Report Is Submitted On Paper In 3 (Three) Copies, Each Of Which Is Accompanied By An Electronic Medium In Pdf And Doc Format, Corresponding To The Paper Ones. The Electronic Copy Of The Report Is Presented On A Cd Medium; • Controls The Quality Of The Performed Smrs And Prevents, With Its Competent Actions, The Violation Of Their Technological Consistency, By Issuing Prescriptions And Orders, Which It Enters In The Construction Order Book; • Attends All Meetings Between Participants In The Investment Process, Regardless Of Whose Request Or Work Schedule They Are Held, Each Time Reporting On The Main Activities (Types Of Works) Of The Construction, For Which Ongoing Construction Supervision Has Been Exercised Up To That Point, The Compiled Documents (Acts), As Well As For Problems That Have Arisen (If Any) And, Accordingly, The Necessary Measures To Solve Them; • Controls The Mandatory Execution Of The Construction Designers Orders, Entered In The Construction Order Book, Related To His Copyright And Does Not Allow Actions On The Part Of The Builder That Would Lead To Non-Compliance With The Agreed And Approved Investment Project Made By The Designer. • Makes Decisions To Stop And Start Construction, Agreed With The Contracting Authority • Prepares Written Findings, Which He Submits To The Contracting Authority, If There Is A Need For Changes In The Types Of Works On The Site, In Connection With Circumstances That Could Not Be Foreseen During The Process Of Design, But Necessarily Before These Changes Have Been Carried Out By The Builder.
