Health And Social Work Services – Darmstadt-Dieburg District Clinics - Technology Partnership. The Darmstadt-Dieburg District Clinics Are A Network With The Two Clinic Locations Groß-Umstadt And Seeheim-Jugenheim And Are Sponsored By The Darmstadt-Dieburg District. With Around 450 Beds, The Ag Has The Following Clinics And Centers: - Traumatology And Orthopedics, - General Surgery, - Gynecology And Obstetrics, - Anesthesia And Intensive Care Medicine, - Geriatrics, - Radiology, - Plastic And Aesthetic Surgery/Facial Surgery, - Internal Medicine I ( General Internal Medicine And Gastroenterology), - Internal Medicine Ii (Cardiology And Angiology) - Center For Acute And Post-Acute Intensive Care Medicine - Center For Mental Health The Ag Currently Operates An Extensive Equipment Park Of Ventilators And Anesthesia Machines, Defibrillators, Ultrasound Diagnostic Devices And Large-Scale Imaging Devices. The Ag Aims To Modernize Medical Technology In The Named Areas, If Possible Using An Innovative Partnership Approach With An External Service Provider. The Required Service Content Is Described Further In The Functional Service Description And Appendices. The Focus Of This Call For Proposals Is On Imaging, As The Use Of Comprehensive Market Knowledge And Expectations About Future Technological Developments Is Becoming More Relevant Against The Background Of Increasing Technology. Therefore, Cooperation With Industry Is Planned. A Contractually Regulated Technology Partnership Is Planned As The Basis For The Cooperation. The Aim Of The Current Technology Partnership Is To Provide Medically High-Quality And Economical Care For Patients. The Contract Term For The Technology Partnership Is At Least Ten Years With An Option To Extend It For At Least Two Years. In Addition To Guaranteeing The Quality And Availability Of The Equipment, The Contractor (Contractor) Is Also Required To Provide Certain Construction Services In Accordance With The Systems And, Optionally, Consulting Services To Optimize The Equipment Fleet.
