Tenders are invited for Construction of Raagaceele District Administration Offices under Prosperis Program Funded by Royal Norwegian Embassy (RNE) and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) 1. Licenses/Registrations: The company should submit the following registrations/Licenses. Valid registration or operating license permits from the Ministry of Public works at federal level. Valid registration license from Ministry of Public Works Hirshabelle state Tax compliance certificate: Submit evidence of State tax compliance. Statement of ownership: The company shall submit a signed public notary document stating the ownership of the company (Name, position contacts and shares). Note: Failure to submit any of the above licenses will lead to automatic disqualification. 2. Experience submitting contract as per below table: The company should fill in the below table for the previous 3 main relevant/similar contracts on construction related works with monetary value worth of USD 180,000 or above that the company has implemented with INGOs and UN agencies for the last 7 years and attach the respective 3 contracts with all its annexes. Fake contracts will lead automatic disqualification.
