Tenders are invited for Repairing of Office Equipment (Tables, Chairs, Steel Almirahs) and Rattaning of Office Chairs. Applicants Who Seek Registration for More than One Item should Submit Separate Applications for each Item. Applications should be Submitted Together with a Receipt Obtained upon Paying a Non-Refundable Fee of Rs.1500.00 Issued by the Shroff of the Financial Management Division, Chief Secretarys Office, Kurunegala. Those Who Register for Supply of More than One Item should Pay an Additional Sum of Rs.500.00 for each Item. Applicants within the Limits of North Western Provincial Council Who Find it Difficult to Call over at the Provincial Council may Make the Payment to Any of the Divisional Secretariat within the North Western Province and the Receipt 2.5.5.9. 02 Obtained should be Submitted with the Application. Applicants Who are Residing out of the Norrth Western Province may Submit the Application with Cheque Written in Favour of "Chief Secretary, North Western Province". (Post Dated Cheques should not be Submitted and the Cheques should be Valid at Least for 90 Days and if Your Cheque is not Honoured, Please Note that You will not be Registered as a Supplier). Only Those Who can Make Supplies / Services under the Condition of No Vii above i.e. 30 Days Credit, should Apply for Registration. Generally Quotations will be Called only from the Registered List of Suppliers, but the Chief Secretary Reserves the Right to Call for Quotations from Other Suppliers as Well in Addition to Registered Suppliers when it is Deemed that Open Competitive Bidding is Required to Obtain Competitive Prices. The Chief Secretary Also Reserves the Right to Reject the Applications that have Fulfilled the Qualifications Mentioned in (Iv to Vii of above Qualifications). Quotations will not be Called Again from the Suppliers Who Fail to Submit Quotations Consecutively for Two Times or Fail to Effect Delivery of Goods and Services that have been Ordered. All Applications should be Sent Either by Registered Post Addressed to "Chief Secretary, Financial Management Division, Chief Secretariat, Kurunegala" or Hand Delivered to the Finance Management Division, Chief Secretariat, Kurunegala to Reach the Chief Secretary, Finance Management Division, Chief Secretariat, Kurunegala to Receive at or before 2.00 p.m. On 30th November 2024. The Caption "Registration of Suppliers for Year 2025" should be Mentioned on the Left Hand Upper Corner of the Envelope.
