The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Designated Distribution System Operator For The Implementation Of The Comprehensive Electricity Supply Agreements Concluded With The Contractor, Including The Sale And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. To Perform The Above-Mentioned Activities, The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Power Of Attorney (Appendix No. 5.1 To The Swz).
