Tenders Are Invited For Rental And Service Of Equipment And Rooms To Meet Hygienic And Sanitary Needs In Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Following Services: Rental, Delivery, Assembly, Servicing Of Equipment And Rooms To Meet Hygienic And Sanitary Needs In The Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Including Their Dismantling.2. The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes: 1) The Rental Service Of 6 Portable Toilets And 12 Portable Faeces Tanks, Intended For Use In Underground Workings Of Mining Plants (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Lease), Along With Their Installation In The Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine , In Places Indicated By The Tenant, On Levels I-Viii, With The Indication That The Delivered Toilets Must Have Dimensions Enabling Their Transport From The Surface To The Underground Workings Via The Kinga Shaft (Maximum Dimensions Are: A) Max. Width 0.8 M, B) Max. Length 1.8 M, C) Max. Height 1.8 M (2.1 M In The Central Part Of The Vessel),2) Provision Of Service Services (Hereinafter Referred To As Service Services), Including: A) Replacing Tanks With Feces With Clean Ones In A Way That Ensures Continuous Use Of The Toilet, B) Disinfection Of All Cabins With Virucidal And Bactericidal Agents During Each Service Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, C) Cleaning Portable Toilets Inside And Outside, D) Transporting Replaceable Tanks With Feces Underground And Discharging Them To The Surface, E) Washing Tanks And Replenishing Hygiene Products And Bactericidal (On The Surface),F) Disposal Of Feces,G) Repair Of Any Damage,3) Disassembly And Collection Of The Leased Item After Its End.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Landlord Gives The Tenant The Subject Of The Order For Use And Undertakes To Provide Maintenance Services, And The Tenant Undertakes To Pay The Landlord The Agreed Remuneration.4. The Lessor Undertakes To Install The Leased Item In Places Designated By The Tenant In A Condition Suitable For The Agreed Use And To Maintain It In Such A Condition For The Duration Of The Lease. The Landlord Will Inform The Tenant About The Date Of Installation Of The Leased Item At Least Three Days In Advance.5. The Landlord Declares That As Of The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, The Subject Of The Lease Will Not Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties In The Form Of Rental Contracts, Lease Contracts, Lending Contracts Or Use Contracts.6. Service Services Will Be Performed Once A Week For All Toilets, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, On Dates Agreed With The Tenant. The Lessors Employees Will Be Allowed To Stay In The Excavations Only With The Consent Of The Mining Plant Operations Manager In The Presence Of A Designated Employee Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine.7. The Tenant Reserves The Right To Indicate To The Landlord The Location Of Storage Of Portable Feces Tanks Intended For Use In Underground Workings Of Mining Plants, Which Will Be Located In The Area Managed By The Tenant.
