1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Additional Equipment For Volunteer Fire Department Units In The Ochotnica Dolna Commune, Including The Delivery Of A Light Pick-Up Off-Road Vehicle.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order: A) Be Brand New, Fully Operational, Without Physical Or Legal Defects, B) Have Not Been Previously Used Or Exploited, C) Meet The Technical And Operational Requirements Specified In Detail In The Opz.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Matter Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocols Without Any Comments.
